Should I have pc600 with pc800 memo

I currently have 640 mb of RDRAM. I have 640mb because I have 2 pc600 64mb sticks and two pc800 512 mb sticks in my computer.
Will I get better performance if I take out the 128mb of pc600 or should I leave them in so that I will have 640mb of memory instead 512mb?

As a rule of thumb, I was always taught to never mix memory at all! Always use the same EXACT size, manufacture and speed sticks. Even if you have to lose some Megs in the process. SO you will do a lot better getting rid of the PC600, and just keeping the 512 of PC800 on the board.
