Should I be using a switch, or extra cards?

Specs: Windows Server 2008 R2, Xeon X3440 / 8gb UDIMM
I am working on a server spec, and having never done it before I am finding there are a lot of questions! The server will be handling multiple HD IP cameras, and streaming video to clients. There will also be a Drobo FS NAS drive, and a network connection to a MAC infrastructure. I am at the point where I have the option to add an 8 port web-managed switch for £170, or extra 2-port TOE cards for the server at £75 a pop. What do you think would be best?

You may want to Post this in the Networking Forum. I've never even heard of a TOE card B4 today.

Just another stupid saying...
