My problem is my monitor is shaking.some transparent line moving from up to down as if there is electrical distrubance,but my powersupply connection and other connection r perfect,i use 10 hours daily and monitor is of 4 years old samsung.

It's very simple to locate the problem. Either try that monitor on another system or try another monitor on your system.

Is it a CRT or LCD monitor? Maybe a magnet near your monitor is unshielded and causing problems (like a speaker). An internal component might be dying. Maybe try increasing your refresh rate and seeing if your refresh rate is too low causing you to notice it refreshing.
