Specs: Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 3, 3 GB
Because we want to upgrade our video card to HD, we replaced the old video card ( Radeon 9250) in our desktop with a Radeon HD 3650. We uninstalled the old video program and installed the new program. The result is that the screen then scrolls down images slowly in layers, so we checked with the video card manufacturer, who said the new card is bad; so we took out the new card and replaced the old card, uninstalled the new program and installed the old program. Now we get this message on the screen: "Set up was unable to complete the installation. Try to setup your display adapter with a standard VGA driver before running setup." How do we do that?

un-install hd 3650 driver then install old video card and start the system, when u start the system tap f8 then select enable vga mode or similar.
