I don't think Compaq makes service manuals available to the general public. In fact very few companies do anymore. You could try:

PC vendors are very much becoming like the car manufacturers. They won't sell you service manuals any more They will tell you that you need to go to their Service Dept for authorized & qualified services.

If you mean you need the Spec's on the system, try Compaq's web site under Support.
