Does anyone know of any good server monitoring software, preferably free? I have to xeon 2.8ghz cpus and need software to monitor how hot they are getting under windows server 2003 operation. All software that i have came across will not monitur dual cpu or xeon cpus.

I use PandoraFMS for network monitoring - you can write your own modules (as batch scripts) to do data logging.

So i.e.: if you can figure out how to display the temperature in a command prompt, then you can use Pandora to monitor it & alert you if the number goes above a certain threshold.
