Will Server 2003 run on this MB (M4N78 PRO). I have this board and have the OS loaded with no issues. I did get the NIC driver loaded too. The accompanying CD however, states that it cannot run the ASSETUP because it's not compatible with the OS. I plan to run Exchange 2003 as well.

Some systems like Exchange, require you to upgrade your 2003 32bit to 64bit because they use a different database for the Active Directory. This may be the case you are seeing.
