Seeking parts Advice for a Budget PC build

My brother will be travelling to the US in a week, and we were planning to buy some components (pretty much everything but the tower/psu) for a new PC on a 600-700 usd budget, meant for gaming.
The plan is to buy them at amazon, as they accept international payments.

I had a config in mind a couple of months ago, but with the ever fluctuationg prices online I'm back in the dark :S
What would you guys recommend for that price range?

cpu- core i3/i5/i7(socket 1156) or core i7 9xx (socket 1366) or amd athlon or phenom II X2,X3,X4.
board- p55(socket 1156), x58(socket 1366) INTEL or 880G AMD or better.
Video card- gts 450 or radeon hd 6850
ram- 4gb or more (ddr3 1333 1.5v)
psu- rosewill green series 630w (+12v@50A) or corsair vx 500w (+12v@41A) don't buy a cheapo psu or a psu with multiple +12v rails.
Hdd- samsung spinspoint f3 model (right now they are better)
u already have the idea, go to a select the components.

Newegg is not a possibility because it does not accept international credit cards. The costs seem to be the same as amazon for each item, so there won't be much problem.

I've picked the following components from amazon:
Gigabyte 880Ga Motherboard
AMD Phenom II X2 555 (btw, is x3 or x4 any better, for gaming purposes?)
Zotac GF gtx460 1Gb
Kingston 2Gb 1333 x2
Samsung Spinpoint F3 (1tb)

What do you think?

the components are fine but if u want more power for the same price look for phenom II x3 720, athlon II x4 635/630 or athlon II x3 440/435.
When u receive the components don't forget to benchtest first.

Added the Phenom II x3 720, looking good!
I won't be able to do any benchmarks until my brother is back from the US with the components, so I hope everything works the way it should, heh.
Thanks a lot for your advice kuwese!
