seagate HD not accessible

Specs: Windows Vista
Cant access my HD I tried to plug it in another computer it started to install device driver but still could not access it.
Tried to sort it out in disk management by assigning a letter and formatting it but comes up with a message saying operation cant complete disk not initialized
please help thanks.

Try deleting the partition in Disk Management and then make a new one and format it.

Can you use other USB hardware?

Thanks for the help OtheHill but I cant find a way to delete the partition doesn't give me the option to. All that porn LOST!

Not initialized is RAW form and you should just need to partition and format it.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
