Im doing an assignment on SD RAM, and just wondering if anyone knows any good SD RAM guides, or specs on the internet??? Also a quick question, did pentium 1, through to P III use SD RAM???

I think that the pentium 1 used EDO RAM and the first 60-75MHz pentium 1s used 72 pin SIMMS. Pentium 2, 3, and older P4s used SDRAM. AMD K6(2) Athlon, Duron, and older Athlon XPs used SDRAM also.

I have a P1, and I use 512MB of Micron PC133 SDRAM in it. So yes, at least some newer P1's use SDRAM.
I have a 180 MhZ Pentium I which can only support SDRAM and has always had 64mb of SDRAM in it. Most ram manufacturers will have detailed history about SDRAM, performance, etc...
