Using active smart,i can know my sata drive's power-on hours count.But it doesn't work for scsi drive.How can i know scsi drive's "power-on hours count"?

Why do you care? The rated hours for any HDrive are just averages and by themselves mean nothing. A drive could fail in the first month or run 10 years.

Maintain backups and don't worry about things you have no control over.
