Comment: My screen has been flickering between on and off over and over while using the computer. It doesn't do so when in safe mode. I've replaced the driver, used the default windows driver, backdated to an old driver, used the newest driver, reseated the card, checked the monitor cable, lowered the agp speed, and i'm currently running an unsuccessful virus check. I don't know what's wrong with it, so if anyone has any ideas, let me know. Or just reaffirm my opinion that the card is junk and needs to be replaced. I just don't like wasting money, so I need either conformation, or a solution. Thanks a lot.

Reply: (edit)The problem will be in the monitor or the video adapter. Start by swapping the monitor with a friend. If it's not the monitor, install a new graphics card.

Reply: (edit)I'm unable to procure known working parts. I've found that uninstalling the driver allows the computer to run rather well, although it eventually gets stuck in an infinite loop if you play a video. I've tried Ubuntu, and it didn't work correctly, which has thrown me for a loop. I figured if Ubuntu worked, it had to be the driver, however, that was not the case.
