I want to upgrade my PC, starting with a new motherboard. Will the following support my current ATA/100 hard drives and things?

SATA/SATA RAID Sil 3112A controller supporting individual drives and RAID 0 and RAID 1 configurations. Two SATA connectors supporting a total of two drives

http://www.intel.com/design/motherbd/bt2/index.htm - this is the board I want to purchase. Any feedback would be great. Thank you!

Drew
