Sata installation Hard drive proble

I installed a second sata hard drive and upon rebooting I get the message. "Boot Disk not protected will cause system failure" Any help would b appreciated

Is that error message quoted exactly? I got no hits when googling it. Are you using any type of backup software?

The exact message is "warning!!! there are more than 1 disk, protect system isn't in boot disk, this will cause system failure" I have no backup software that I am using.

I got rid of the error message. What I did was use maxblast that came with the hard drive and cloned the partitions and made a copy of my boot hard drive. It done what I wanted. I am going to install vista 64 bit so it will recognise my memory above 3 gig and I wanted a backup to revert back to in case there were problems. Thanks for your Help.
