Comment:

How would I tell if I have SATA I or SATA II on my motherboard?

My HDD is a WDC WD2500KS (Western Digital SATA 250GB).

I have an IBM 8187-F4U, it was purchased on about April of 2004. Is there a program that can determine this?

Thank You,

Jesse
