SATA = Hot pluggable?

I know SATA hard drives are hot pluggable, but does that include the power cable?
Drive-to-MOBO, fair enough... but Drive-to-PSU? Can I pop that in and out?

Yes, both cables are hot pluggable. But my advice is to not 'overdue it', due to possibility of physical damage to the connectors.

I agree with aegis. I friend of mine was constantly hot swaping sata disks and now he has a PSU with 2 broken SATA Power Connectors, and 1 HDD with broken Power on the PCB.
Once upon a time the floppy disk was king.
