If the HDD uses SATA and the motherboard has SATA onboard you can connect directly to the motherboard :=)

Just plug it in, make sure you read the manual on how to boot from the SATA drive and have the drivers ready though, or it could give you big headaches getting it to work the first time. Great board by the way.
