Specs: windows 7 pro 32 bit, INTEL E5700 / 3GB DDR2
Im overclocking my card to 650 to 750mhz core and 1000 to 1050mhz (4200) mem, these r highest settings posible in catalyst overdrive, GPU, 71-degrees max gaming. (bf3, mw3, gta4) and everything seems OK. But Will the OC shorten the overall lifespan of the card, what r the chances i will start to see problems/crashes later on in future??. The card seems 2 have a good cooler. Do i really need the memory OC'd as it is already very fast, it only goes from 64gbs stock to 67.2gbs oc??

If it is stable then leave it like that. If done right OC doen't decrease a lifespan of a component. I have 9600gt which it was overclocked in 2008(by myself), it worked fine until recent(because i didn't have good thermal paste) then i was forced to run at default speed.
