My SAMSUNG COMBO SM-304B DRIVE will read DVD's but not any other type of disc,says please insert disc. Message :"Drive access error Unable to access Q drive. The drive is locked by a disc utility"

I don't know much about CD(or DVD) drives, but try contacting Samsung.

hello have alook in device manager any problems showing. allso try removeing the drive from devicemanager and reboot. try going to drive makers sight if above did not work and d/l m.e compatable drivers.
