i have a samsung 2333 monitor .when i turn on my computer ,a dell ,it sshws on screen the booting up graphics but as soon as windows opens the screen goes black
Do you have another monitor that you could try swapping?

i do and all other monitors work fine didn't know if there was an internal reset or a disc or program i can run to fix the monitor itself
Did you reinstall Windows or make any changes to the monitor resolution? Post the model of your computer and if you have added a video card, the model of that card.
If the monitor in question has a lower maximum resolution than what is set in Windows then it may not be able to display at that resolution. Attempting to do so may damage the monitor. What is the model of the monitor and what resolution are you running in Windows?
What type of video out port are you using with the monitor in question and are you using any adapters in the connection?
