this was running fine all of a sudden I can't connect wireless. work fine hard wired direct to the wireless router.. it also says I'm connected with excellent quality..however when just connecting with out the laptop ,it says wireless unavailable or requiring address.? was working fine...
Try unplugging your router for about 30 seconds. Plug it in again and wait for about one minute and see if that helps. Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
HI Deb, if Derek's advice does not work, investigate how you turn off and on the wifi on your laptop. Possibly it has been inadvertinently turned off.
Some use a F key, others have pushbutton.You should have advised the laptop's make and full model, which may have helped.
