Not sure what you're looking for. Your posting title says you want to run two computers out of one case. Your description asks how to connect multiple monitors to one computer.

Running two computers from one case is just silly. Get two separate computers.

To run more than one monitor just get a VGA Y-splitter cable.

"Run 2 computers out of one Tower"

Unlike Dave, I would not call it silly.

Setup a VM (Virtual Machine).

"how to connect two monitors to pc tower"

Get a splitter as Dave suggests or get a dual port video card..

Just upgrade to a decent video card, most can handle between 2 and 4 monitors and you have the option of mirroring the current display of expanding it for better multitasking.

I don't think a VM is really like running two computers in one case, it is really just like multitasking but allows you to use different operating systems which will offer additional options.
Two computers in one case would require doubles of all hardware and would overload the ability the computer(s) to keep themselves cool (not to mention where would you fit everything).

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
