im flash the bios then system is restarting bios romcheck sum error that message was coming

Why did you flash the BIOS?

Try using the clearCMOS jumper (unplug the power cord 1st) to reset the BIOS. If the system boots, immediately enter the BIOS & manually configure the settings. Do not simply load BIOS defaults. They are only there to get you started...they are NOT the best performance settings.
