I need to restore my packard bell laptop to factory settings as it wont switch on. i dont have a disk. Wehn i start it it goes to the packard bell scren and says BIOS setup F2 and display BOOT F8. Please help as i dont know what to do from here.
It's look like there's no restore partition. U need win xp disc.
