i need restore cd for my emachine w3105 i called emachines they said they don't make them anymore.

If a restore set was NEVER created for that computer then you may still be able to do that. The procedure should be spelled out in the manuals. If the disks were previously made once you won't be allowed to create another set.

If the computer is not currently operational you are out of luck.

You might not need any CDs.
Watch the screens during a boot and you might see something about hitting F10 or F12 to launch the recovery utility. There should be a hidden partition on the hard drive with a recovery image.
