I am using Windows XP media edition. For a long time now whenever I restart my computer there is always a black screen with a blinking cursor. After about 10-15 minutes the computer will start windows normally. How can I prevent this from happening and restart straight to Windows. Thanks in advance for any help I may receive. Julie
