i've never heard of an operating system called duo.
anyway, go into device manager, remove the drivers from video, sound, network card, and any others you think might be causing the conflict. reboot, see if windows will reload, eliminating the error

No offense intended but I have trouble understanding your response. Maybe if you read the similar-asked question about Resource Conflict in the thread below you may be able to infer some cues that apply to you? Just an idea but who knows :-)
