Please help if you can...

I'm using a fresh copy of XP on an 80GB WD, now my old RAID array (3 200GB Maxtors) shows up as unallocated. I'm afraid to do anything that may write to the disk (250GB of data) and have obviously no room on the 80GB for a file recovery utility. I don't want to use disk management because I know a new partition will likely erase date. Anyone know how to get XP to notice this array?
