I'm don't know what kind of printer you have, but I'll take a stab at it. You probably have the wrong driver installed. You may have to manually install the correct driver from the CD that came with your printer. When you launch the driver update wizard you will have to click on "have disk" and browse the CD for the correct driver to install then choose the driver and finish the installation wizard and reboot.

Do a search on Google.com for the drivers or go to driverguide.com and look for them there. When you find it. And you will. Just download the driver and install it. Good Luck.

Try this site right here. They have a driver for windows 2000. XP and 2000 are very similar and should work. It down close to the bottom of the page. http://www.printer-drivers.com/companies/236.htm
