I have a Wireless card from Sprint. Which after I purchased it found out that is dose not work with Vista 64. How do I go about reformatting it to work with Vista 64?

You don't. You need 64-bit drivers to use it on Windows x64. Contact sprint or the manufacture of the card and see if they have any drivers (perhaps beta versions) available.
