Boot from the windows 2000 CD.
Agree to the EULA
Hit enter to install.
When asked where to install hit Esc.
Delete the partition.
Create a new partition.
Install windows.

(Note: Back up any data you need before doing this.)

johns3 is correct. Also remember that you will have to format in NTFS after you remove the partition, and then the installation will begin.

Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime;
Then industry pollutes the water and kills all the fish.

Will have to be NTFS ? Good try no Brownie Points.

W2K/XP support FAT16 (4GB MAX) / FAT32 / NTFS partitions

During the creation of partitions it will allow 32mb FAT32 or NTFS partitions, drives larger than around 130GB will need W2K with a SP installed to recognize full size of drive.

Ya, adjust BIOS boot order to boot from CD-ROM first.
