reflash bios???

machine had severe virus problems - tried to rebuild from ME to XP PRO - now we think we need to reflash bios. Need help with bios id. Cognac 20000731 motherboard. Any help or additional info would be appreciated!

Best thing i can recommend is for you to to the mother board manufacturer's web site and track down the latest bios for the model board you have. Down load their bios update tools and follow the instructions like a religion. You only get one go at flashing the bios one wrong move and good night nurse. Good luck IF IT AINT BROKE, DONT FIX IT
