the red light keeps flashing on the control panel on top of the unit however I cannt seem to see anything wrong. It is printing, there is no paper jammed, It is the light on the bottom of the two lights that can flash next to the circle with the - in it. It is not the light next to the triangle which is the top light. This is frustrating
Don't really know what you mean, but if a red light flashed on your case, it usually indicates hard drive activity.

It would appear he is talking about lights on a printer, not a computer.
