Reboot by itself - Why?

Help! For some reason my DOS computer likes to reboot by itself. It started after I had the harddrive and power supply replaced. After it reboots by itself it would freeze at "Starting MD-DOS". I would have to turn the computer off, wait about five minutes, and turn it back on for it to boot normally. At first I thought it might have been the Power Management control in the BIOS that was causing the problem so I disabled it, but that didn't resolve the problem. Has this ever happened to anyone? Any ideas on how I can fix it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

My computer did that after I changed a CD-Rom against a DVD burner. In my case it's been the power supply because I had 8 ide devices running on a 300W psu. I replaced it and that was it!
As the psu is new, it maybe faulty. A bad harddrive is also possible or it can be a badly connecting power cable!
