Comment:

my computer is randomly counting ram eg-i have a 512 and when i boot my machine it will count it---it counts it as 4 then it counted it as 51 then 37 then 448 then 15 etc.....

i was told that i could be capacitor problem though the only capacitor that is close to error has a millimetre of its ski missing

im really confused
sometimes when i use my agp graphics it will come up to the asus 32mb part and have a flashing underscore and do nothing else until i move it

any help is needed :0

Go to memetest86.com and download the memory tester and let it run several passes. It will tell you if the memory is bad or not. Not sure what you mean by "it will come up to the asus 32mb part and have a flashing underscore and do nothing else until i move it" . Move what? The PC the cable to the graphics card or what is it you are moving?

Boot with the on-board graphics. Remove all drivers for it and the new card. Then shut down and put in the new card. When it boots re-install the drivers. If it is a AGP card then you need to change it to AGP in the BIOS setup screens.
