Random Echoing in Audigy Gamer

I bought SB Audigy Gamer a few months ago and It ran fine for a good while but recently it's started to echo all my sound. There really seems to be no reason for it, I have the onboard sound on my Motherboard turned off in both the system devices and the BIOS. The only remedy I've been able to find is to reinstall the drivers but this gets old really quick, I have a fairly up to date system. Specs below, any input is welcome.

I had that problem (or, I should say that my kids had that problem)and it was always the sound control panel was set to some wierd setting like "cave echo" or "airplane hanger" or something. You soundcard sound settings (I don't mean the Windows System Sounds-that's different)should have an icon in Control Panel.
