RAM With Different Numbers

Specs: Windows XP, 512mb
I have 2 modules of 1GB spare RAM and wanted to put them in my friends Toshiba laptop which is currently running with 512mb (XP). Now I did a crucial scan which said that 2 x 1GB 200pin SODIMM DDR PC2700 will fit.
Now the RAMs I have are: 1 x 1GB 2Rx8 PC25300S 555 12
1 x 1GB 2Rx8 PC25300 CL5 667MHz
Would they run okay together or better to just use one and if so which?

No they won't, PC 2700 is DDR1 RAM but the ram you have PC2 5300 is DDR2 RAM and they're not compatible.
Either get PC 2700 or PC 3200.

They wouldn't fit anyway. You'd have found that out if you tried it....they're notched differently.
