I'm looking at a MSI mobo(865PE Neo2-PFS Platinum Edition) for my new prescott. It specifies ram at 2.5 volts, but I'm looking at some Mushkin 512mb 3200 which is listed at 2.6 volts. I can't imagine that this would be a problem, but I thought I would double check.

Down the line will this cause me any trouble, or give me problems with dual channel ddr?

The lower the voltage, the lower temp. you will get, but in your case, you must follow the limitation of your mobo.

You can update your BIOS.

One more thing, get more opinions from others. Maybe they have some trick up their sleeve.
