here is my system species a7v333 motherboard amd athlon xp 1800+ 768mb of DDR pc2100 ram when i ran the ram tester, it would take forever on standred tests, i have to wait few weeks before the ram is being done tested!! is that how the way it suppose to be?

Have you tried MEMTEST86 v3.0 ?? Try it out. www.memtest86.com A few weeks to test memory is unheard of. Here is another site: www.docmemory.com

Yes use memtest-86 v3.0, it found my faulty mememory in 15 mins ! Best RAM tester available Zero Cool
