Hi, i just have a quick quiestion about ram. I have a 512mb ddr 266 stick of ram and i see in topics and forums that the speed of some peoples ram is 270 and in the 300's i was just wondering if my 266 is any good or is it to slow? thanks.

I would say that question is up to you. I use SDRAM 133 and it suits me just fine, it gets a lot of abuse.
If you do a lot of gaming, graphic art, web development, or any other ram taxing operation, you would see a huge difference in better ram.

Ram speeds are 100/133/166/266/333 right now.
You should match your ram to the cpu and fsb. For example if you have a cpu and motherboard that only support 100mhz front side bus then using 333mhz memory will gain you nothing.
