I get this message when I do a system diagnostic: RTC RAM TEST: RTC FAILURE, 32 OD20. The problem I have is that my WinXP Pro does not want to boot. Can RAM be an issue? Help appreciated.

I would try another stick of ram to see it that would correct the problem if not then I would suggest that you have a bad motherboard, ugh.

I believe that is for CMOS RAM. Check your motherboard battery
