I have two answers:
1. If you pair up the DDR400 with DDR333, both will have to run as DDR333.
2. If your question is about the system listed above with 533FSB, your RAM should be running as DDR266, regardless of what speed it's rated at.

My motherboard support DDR333 if FSB=533MHz but if FSB=400MHz it will run DDR333 at DDR266.Now i have bought DDR400 will it run on my PC without any problems or not.

Intel "quad-pumps" the FSB. The "effective" speed is 533MHz, but it actually runs at 133MHz.
Your RAM should run at 133MHz (DDR266) to match the CPU bus speed. Makes no difference what your board supports, there's nothing to be gained by running the RAM at a higher bus speed than the CPU. It doesn't matter if you have DDR333, DDR400, DDR500, etc...it should be setup to run as DDR266 (133MHz).
