It doesn't matter. A well-qualified Administrator can easily distinguish the setup.

Generally speaking there is RAID management software installed on any server with RAID array(s). If there is, it will tell you. If not, simply reboot the server and enter the RAID controller setup (BIOS) and check in there.
Any well qualified technician or administrator who's ever actually worked on a server with RAID could tell you that...
