E:\ drive is 3 drives setup in a RAID 5 config. We got low on space so I installed a 4th drive and added it to the RAID. It restriped the data across the 4 drives but it is not showing me the extra space. How do I extend the partition across the 4 drives to allocate the extra space? This is a Dell Poweredge 4300 server.

Check me on this but I believe you can do this by going to a command prompt and using the diskpart utility. You'll have to look at the help on it because it's been a while since I've used it myself (or maybe MS web site). I know it won't do it for some configurations but it should for what you described. Good luck.
