radio playing on pc

Specs: Windows Vista
eveerytime i boot up i hear raadio playing slowing down pc. can some one please give me simple advice to solve this.

I would install and run MalwareBytes for starters and see what it finds:
(green button top right of page).

Also get this ADWCleaner file:
(blue download button near the top)
Save the file somewhere then double click the saved file to run it. It might find a stack of dubious toolbars when you do the Scan. It is usually OK to run the Clean but there are options.

Best paste both logs on here so that we can see what it found.

Post your system specs also, it is possible that something like too little memory might also be the issue BUT do the above (#1) first as it is the most likely and needs to be addressed as soon as possible if it is the case.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Is it an am or fm station? Are you close to a broadcast tower? Does this just happen on startup or is it continuous? If it's just on startup, when does it stop? When it started happening had you just made any hardware changes to your system?
