Radeon X300 Monitor/TV Dell LCD

The problem is in the resolution, the only setting it appears fine at is 800x600 but I believe that is way too small for a screen this size. when I make the resolution any larger the image becomes more blurry and any resolution larger than 1024x768 the desktop begins to scroll left to right and as it gets larger the desktop also scrolls up and down to reveal the entire workspace. I dont know how to fix this so im hoping someone can help me out. any ideas or comments will be greatly appriciated.

Doe's the monitor have a auto ajustment feature on it? 1024X768 is smaller text than 800x600. Have you installed the drivers for it?

Did you buy this monitor new? You should have the book that tells you about the features of it. You should also have the driver disk for it if you bought it new. If not new, then go to the web site of the manufacturer for the drivers and or the manual. They should be under support/Drivers. Isn't Radeon the graphics card, not the monitor? What is the brand name on the monitor?
