I connected my computer to tv with s-video cable (with scart adapter) and the picture on tv is all black&white. I read something about radeon tv-ouput works only with NTSC format. Is this true? My tv video channels needs PAL format signals. Is there a way to switch tv-out from NTSC to PAL? Thanks.
