Do you have onboard video on that MBoard? When you flash a BIOS the settings revert to the defaults. You may need to reset some of the settings. As far as the ATI card is concerned I would recommend Doing this: Download the ATI maintenence utilities. ATI has a removal tool for the catalyst and the AGP drivers (gart). You can find those removal tools (maintenence utilities) here: http://www.ati.com/support/drivers/misc/catalystutils.html
they are called cat-uninstaller.exe & smartgart-uninstalI.exe
Next change your display type to Std. VGA.
Changing the display type to std VGA. GO> Start> Settings> Control panel> Display>
Settings> Advanced> Adapter> Change> Next>
select "display a list ***"> select "show
all hardware"> select on left (Standard
display types)/ on right standard display
adapter> Next> Yes
Then remove all ATI sofware and run both of the maintainence utilities. This will wipe all video drivers and AGP drivers from your system. Then reboot and hit escape when windows attempts to install the video card. Then install the catalyst driver package from your ATI disk. Reboot and you should be good to go. The wireless card may need drivers too. Boot to safe mode and remove all entries for that device. Reboot and install the device software.
