Comment: I am considering getting a SATA hard drive soon. how ever when i installed xp on my machine it asks for third party drivers for my RAID and prmose fast track controller etc. i have them on a floppy disk. however the floppy port on my motherboard doesnt seem to work :( so i have no way to install theese drivers when i get the new SATA. I am wondering whether the SATA will work fine without installing the fasttrack controller if i do not wish to use the RAID functions. and help is great :D
