Put in new video card, computer doesn't boot

Apple Radeon hd 4870 video card

So, I just upgraded my video card with a Radeon HD 4870 but after putting it in, the computer doesn't boot up. I also put it in new RAM, but I'm pretty sure it's just the video card messing things up. Even after I take everything out and put the old stuff back in, it still doesn't boot. The mouse doesn't work, the keyboard doesn't, the screen is blank, etc. I'm not computer savvy in the least so I've no idea what to do to get things back to normal. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

We have no idea what you did but it sounds like you knocked something loose while messing around inside the case. Are you getting any beep codes? The HD 4870 is a power hungry card & requires a hefty power supply to run it. Did you connect the 6-pin PCIe plugs to the rear of the card?
